Description

TASTING NOTES
• Appearance: Wine of bright color and intense straw yelow.
• Nose: Shades of fresh flowers, orange blossom, stone fruit, touches balsamic and some white pepper. As it opens the wine shows aromas of tropical fruits, banana and some mint.
• Palate: Friendly entrance in the mouth, progressive volume that reaches its maximum splendor at the end. Tannin marked but nice, good structure and final.

VINEYARD & WINEMAKING
• Exclusive Viognier land.
• De-stemming, crushing and soft pressing.
• Pre-fermenting maceration at low temperature.
• First phase of aging on lees in tank.
• Second phase of aging on lees in 225 liter barrels.
• Exclusive barrels for Viognier.
