Un colore che non passa inosservato ed il lento muoversi nel bicchiere tradiscono struttura ed origine, poi l'apertura su note agrumate, frutta esotica, fiori bianchi e note minerali svelano l'identità di questo bianco del sud.

Abbinamenti: Si abbina bene alle grigliate di pesce, alle preparazioni più elaborate di pesce, ma anche a formaggi di media stagionatura e carni bianche.
