Grapes, exclusively coming from the vineyards, set in Salice Salentino (Lecce), are picked up during the month of September and carefully selected before wine pressing. Grapes remain close to the peels for 12/18 hours at a very low temperature; then the juice is separated from peels and left in fermentation, at a controlled temperature of 12 degrees inside steel tanks.
Color: light pink with soft coral highlights.
Fragrance: Intriguing fruity with some hints of pomegranate and flowery highlights of red roses
Taste: Fruity, fresh, balanced and with the right savory with some salted and minerals notes at the end.
Ideal with starters, main courses and white meats as well as grilled crustacean, fried fish, fresh or slightly seasoned cheese.
