This is the 2nd cuvee from the Terroir Notre-Dame des Anges:
This Chateau Demonpere 2020 Rose presents with a beautiful light pink color and offers complex and expressive notes of rose and lychee while red fruits blend with spices revealing beautiful harmony. The mouth-feel of this wine is also seductive initially noted by a fruit which is then followed by the unfolding of beautiful spiciness with a well-balanced fruity finish.
This Rose is a delight as an aperitif and complimentary to a variety of dishes as well as desserts. Light summer dishes and grilled platters garnished with olives, cherry tomatoes, and fresh cheeses or fruit based desserts bring out the seductive tones of this Rose.
