Zaleuco: Il luminoso, la luce che fummo.
Un colore che non passa inosservato ed il lento muoversi nel bicchiere tradiscono struttura ed origine, poi l'apertura su note agrumate, frutta esotica, fiori bianchi e note minerali svelano l'identità di questo bianco del sud.
Temperatura di servizio: 8 - 10°
Abbinamenti: Si abbina bene alle grigliate di pesce, alle preparazioni più elaborate di pesce, ma anche a formaggi di media stagionatura e carni bianche.

wine; a white wine with a vast structure and an unusual capacity of improvement though time.

Serving suggestions: it goes well with grilled fish, with more elaborate seafood dishes but also with medium-mature
cheeses and white meats
