Arrayán wines seek to express the specific features of a range of landscapes. Every process, from the vineyard to the winery, is handled with care: ecological growing practices, hand harvesting, grape selection, spontaneous fermentation (no oenological products added) and ageing attuned to the needs of each variety to obtain the purest expression of personality. The result is a range of fine, elegant wines.

These wines are produced from vineyards located in Santa Cruz del Retamar, Toledo, in the DOP Méntrida, and other old vines in nearby towns in the province of Toledo and Ávila (Cebreros), in the Gredos mountains.

Since José María Entrecanales and María Marsans planted the first vines on the La Verdosa estate in 1999, the winery's range of wines has expanded to include autochthonous varieties.
