Our historical production Château de Tracy represents one of the oldest winery in Pouilly-Fumé, in the center of Loire, since more than 600 years. 
In 2018, driven by the idea to enlarge our vision and our experience,  we have decided to create a new project called Tracy & Cie that aims to share our strong attachment to a certain idea of the wine, following prerequisites such as : faithful identity wines, green agriculture, terroir driven approach, handcrafted & confidential production.
Attracted since numerous year by the terroir of Menetou Salon, we've started to developed 3  new wines called Madame des Fontaynes "Les Marnes" , selected exclusively among some of very qualitative terroirs (Kimmeridgian marls, vineyard between 20 to 40 years old). Such terroirs are particularly adapted to express a maximum of finesse, accuracy and identity. In order to complete our ange, our Pouilly Fumé called Madame des Fontaynes "Argiles à Silex", is produced in some of the most old vines in Pouilly Fumé (between 50 to 70 years old): 50% Silex, for the mineral, the flower, the saltiness and 50% of limestone (Kimmeridgian) for the volume the flesh and the structure of the Sauvignon Blanc.
