Description

Freshness and minerality arethe main characteristics of this wine, an interpretation of the french grape variety Chardonnay, that has found wide diffusion in the apulian region. 
The colour is yellow, dry and persistent on the palate; it reminds one of citrus fruits, perfume, pineapple and vanilla that can be particularly splendid if accompanied with fish dishes, seafood appetizers and soft cheeses.
