Description

White wine IGT Salina “Francangelo” organic  from Punta Aria  comes from vineyards located in Vulcano Island on the Aeolian Islands, a Sicily archipel. South - East  exposure, volcanic soil located between 50 and 400 ft from sea level.

Color: Straw yellow with green reflaxes.
Perfume: Present, with notes of tropical fruits with yellow flesh, typical sweetness of Mediterranean thicket
Taste: Fresh, slightly savory
Grapes: 100% Malvasia delle Lipari
Origin of the grapes: Vulcano Island, Aeolian island Archipel, Sicily, Italy
Style: White wine, fresh with complex aromas reminiscent of ripe tropical fruit and Mediterranean thicket. Authentic aroma of Malvasia di Lipari wine.
Aging: on steel, 7 months on yeasts.
Serving and Pairing: This wine pairs fish, fish fry, first dishes. Also indicated as an aperitif wine.
