Description
Tasting and evolution of the vintage 2018
In his youth the wine expresses the nose on red fruits, cherry and Eglantine.
It offers a fat mouth, the tannins give it a velvety appearance.
Lots of depth and density in the middle palate.
Very nice finish, slightly spicy, remarkable length.
With time it will take notes of honey and roasted coffee.

Manual harvesting. Traditional wine: the grapes are picked and vinified in stainless steel tanks in which are carried out
many punching down the body. 80 days maceration.
Aging in stainless steel vats and barrels.

The Saint-Chinian vineyard is located at the foot of the edge of the Massif Central, the massive Espinouse in western department of Herault, between Beziers and Saint-Pons-de-Thomières. It is exposed to the Mediterranean Sea. In the north, it is bounded by the garrigue. In the south, it extends by the plain wine Béziers.
