Lo Shiraz RRampazzu è ottenuto da uve Shiraz vinificate in purezza nella seconda metà di Ottobre. Ha un coloure rosso intenso limpido con riflessi porpora.
Il profumo è intenso con note di pepe e cioccolato.
Si accompagna bene con minestre asciutte, carni rosse, formaggi stagionati, selvaggina di piume e di pelo.

Shiraz RRampazzu is obtained from pure Shiraz grapes selected by hand on the second half of October. It has an intense colour with purple hues.
Its perfume is intense, vinous, spicy with note of chocolate and pepper.
It matches well with soups, red meat, various types of cheese and game.
