Description

Dry and mineral wine. Unusual, delightful and distinguished, it reveals toasted and brioche notes, an almond and hazelnut finish with a touch of strawberry and fresh grass.
The mouth is full, despite the traditionally light character of the Sylvaner. Concentrated and complex wine, with length and character. Atypical of the grape variety by its concentration and its fruity expression, this grape variety too often neglected comes out ennobled, because harvested with maturity.

Vin sec et minéral.  Insolite, ravissant et distingué, il révèle des notes toastées et  briochées, une finale sur l’amande et la noisette avec une touche de fraise et d’herbe fraîche. 
La bouche est ample, malgré le caractère traditionnellement léger du Sylvaner. Vin concentré et complexe, avec de la longueur et du caractère. Atypique du cépage par sa concentration et son expression fruitée, ce cépage trop souvent délaissé en sort anoblis, car vendangé avec maturité.
