Description

Valdesil Godello Sobre Lías is the first Spanish white wine to be aged on its lees in steel tanks, whose first vintage available on the market was that of 1991. It reflects in the purest way the shale soils on the slopes of the villages of Córgomo and Portela, located 300 meters above the Sil river in the municipality of Vilamartín de Valdeorras.
It is produced exclusively from family-owned vineyards that were planted at the end of the 20th century with high density. The soil is managed following a conservation philosophy and the plants are cared for following circadian rhythms.
