IL CENTOVIGNE - Coste della Sesia Doc - Nebbiolo Red Wine 2015
The Coste della Sesia Rosso DOC "Il Centovigne" of the Centovigne company comes from vineyards cultivated on sandy soils, rich in gravel and marl. Aged in concrete tanks and oak barrels for 12 months, it is a balanced wine with character. Greedy and ideal companion of the meal, it has unique aromas and flavors.

TASTING NOTES
Ruby. The nose is intense and is expressed with dominant notes of small red fruits, in particular blueberry. On the palate it is soft, supple, pleasantly balanced and long persistence.

PAIRINGS
Excellent in combination with first and second courses of land, it is ideal to accompany risotto with maccagno.
