In the cellar the grapes are fermented in steel vats in contact with the skins for at least  2 days, without temperature control and the use of indigenous yeasts. 
Soft pressing and natural settling.
Aging in concrete casks for 36 months.
Bottled without sterile filtration.

Intense ocher yellow with amber shades.
Delicate bouquet with hints of helichrysum flowers, white lily, and apricot.
