Soils & Terroir : « Villefranchien » and  « egg stones » 

Grape :  Syrah  100%

Vinification : Pre-fermentation cold maceration ,
Destemming and not fulling
Fermentation by yeast natives and thermoregulation. 
Daily winding.
							 
Ageing: Maceration and breeding 24 months in 
French Allier oak barrels

Tasting: Intense aromas of red fruit, and strawberry aromas
The mouth is very fine, medium full body red fruit intense aroma 
with bit hint of green pepper. 
Very long in the mouth => Good with chicken, duck .
