Estasi is the sparkling wine that stands out, as grapes are harvest once they have reached their ideal ripening, when the colour is golden yellow, unlike other production methods where grapes are harvested unripe.
Estasi is nothing but second bottle fermentation (champenoise method) for 18 months on the yeasts, after 24 months ageing in stainless steel tanks in the cellar.
Brilliant golden yellow and very fine bubbles.
Estasi offers an outstanding bouquet of Mediterranean scents, ripe fruit: citrus fruits, candied fruits, citron, acacia honey, white flowers and wilted roses.
Perlage is silky, fine and caresses palate fostering the perception of wine taste and crispness.
All this makes Estasi a class, elegant sparkling wine; the very first and only wine of this kind in the world.
