Colore: rosso violacei con riflessi malva – Profumo: il naso grazie anche all'assemblaggio di 3 uve è molto complesso; migliora evolvendo i suoi profumi in seguito ad alcuni anni di affinamento in bottiglia. Il gusto nei primi anni è caratterizzato da sentori di peperone dolce tipici del Cabernet Sauvignon, affinati di buon grado dall'apporto della barrique in profumi riconducibili al pepe nero.

Color: purple red with mauve hues – nose: the assembly of three different grapes results in a very complex nose. It betters with a few years of aging in the bottle and its smell evolves. In the first years it is characterised by a sweet pepper flavor typical of the Cabernet Sauvignon, while the aging in oak barrels
gives it a scent of black pepper.
