Remontage et pigeage.
Cuvaison de 3 semaines en cuverie ciment avant pressurage du marc.

TEMPÉRATURE DE SERVICE
Entre 12 °C et 15 °C.
	
DÉGUSTATION
ŒIL : couleur rouge légère aux nuances de rubis.
NEZ : arômes persistants de fruits rouges et d’abricot.
BOUCHE : saveurs de fruits des bois avec une belle note épicée sur une finale longue.

WINEMAKING
Destemmed grapes.
Pumping over and treading.
Vatting period of 3 weeks in concrete vats before pressing the marc.

EYE : light ruby red colour.
NOSE : lingering scents of red berries and apricot.
PALATE : wild berries flavours with fine spiciness and a long finish.
