Description

This unique blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese is called "Logaiolo" - a Tuscan word for a "local peasant".  The notes of smoke and coffee that Logaiolo offers remind you indeed of the hardworking and wise Tuscan people who work the land under the sun. 

In the glass the wine shows a lovely red ruby colour with purple nuances. On the nose ,blueberry, blue plums and cornelian cherry are present side by side with notes of fresh and aromatic herbs and a hint of smoke.
The wine is warm and silky on the palate, elegant, offering a well-balanced combination of fruit and spices.

It's an ideal pairing for barbecue - any grilled meat, sausages, turkey or chicken, or even grilled vegetables will go perfectly well with "Logaiolo".  If you are looking for a lighter options, pair "Logaiolo" with cheese and jamon iberico, or with liver pate and caramelized onions.
