Parecela 100 is our 11-hectare farm, ideal for cultivation in 100% organic conditions. This wine comes from the first fruit obtained each year, aged in the bottle to provide a sophisticated and polished
tannin. The special characteristics of this part of our vineyard, with low yields and exceptional fruit quality, made us decide to make this unique wine.
