Particella 928 is more than a dream: it is a precise idea, a project born from an experience of Luigi Sarno, which marks a transition from the family tradition to the creation of a new product, focused on the desire to give life to a wine fully natural. In 2001 part of the vineyard of Fiano, the "particle 928", is replanted with a new sixth plant and with a different orientation of the rows. The 2800 vines thus receive the sun's rays evenly over the entire crown, giving the grapes a better ripening. In 2009 the grapes are vinified separately for the first time. Fermentation without the addition of selected yeasts and permanence on the lees for about seven months. Finally, four months of ageing in bottle to give life to Fiano di Avellino "Particella 928".
