Description

Pale lemon green in colour. Fruity aromas with notes of peach, apricot and grapefruit. Those floral scents reminiscent of lime and over time it takes on a distinctly mineral character. Full flavor, with excellent freshness, good structure and long persistence. It should be served at 12°C.
