The wine has a deep, wonderfully-bright yellow
colour. The first nose offers a spring-like freshness with floral notes and acacia flowers. As it gradually opens up, hints of dried fruits emerge alongside floral aromas, mingled with hazelnuts and almonds, echoing a slightly woody character from being lees-aged in casks.
The palate reclaims this blend of dried fruits and vanilla-like woody spirit. Its dry balance is backed by a distinct lemony acidity, producing an excellent gourmet wine, matching a wonderful variety of dishes with sparkle and delicacy.
