Still wine produced from Pinot grapes, born from a vine of difficult cultivation and winemaking, but which we have successfully exploited to the best by enhancing its original characteristics. Lively and fresh, with a straw-yellow color with greenish hints. Its nose is with intense and clear aromas of pear and golden apple and spicy notes. Characterized by a balanced acidity, excellent both as an aperitif and in combination with even raw fish dishes.
