Description

Spätburgunder traditionally has a big importance for Weingut am Kaiserbaum. The maturing consciously takes place in not too new barrique barrels – to feel, on the one hand, the oak influence while preserving the fine fruity notes. 
Fresh Pinot nose of wild strawberries and black cherries. On the palate, round with hints of dark berries and laurel. Fine, elegant acidity - transparent style.
Varied soils: sandy loam with parts of limestone
