“Her Only” is the Gambellara DOC, obtained from the Garganega in purity, cultivated in the locality Giaroni. Straw yellow and floral scent, this wine acquires more quality with the ageing on the fine lees in steel barrels. Ideal as an aperitif, it is also perfectly matched to fish, raw or cooked, and to the dish vicentino par excellence: the baccalà.
