A blend of Trebbiano and Sauvignon from our vineyards in Sovana and Pitigliano and from others in the area that we personally run.
Grapes harvest and selection by hand. The juices ferment separately after a brief cold maceration with the skins. The fermentation process happens without the addition of yeasts and it can last, at low temperature, until the following January.
Straw yellow color, with a light flowery bouquet, clean and crisp.
The taste is clean, sapid, almost salty, with medium body and a quite long persistency.
