Vendemmia is the name of the wine, the freshest and most immediate of our wines, it is the traditional wine, made as it was done many years ago when there was no time to mature these muscular wines before drinking them. Crunchy, immediate to drink very easy.
He is made from indigenous yeasts vinified with maceration of about 15 days from mountain grapes. Ageing in steel barrels for 10/12 months on fine lees, and a second time at least 4/6 months in bottle. Unfiltered and uncleared. Nordic freshness for a southern wine.
