With its pale ruby colour and aromas of dried rose petals, white peppercorns and soft citrus zest, this light to medium bodied dry and lightly tannic red wine has a floral spiciness and acidity that makes it a local favourite. Grignolino’s refreshing qualities make it a very good match for richer cuisines and as an aperitif.
