Grapes, exclusively coming from the vineyards, set in Salice Salentino (Lecce), are picked up during the month of September and carefully selected before wine pressing. Grapes remain close to the peels for 5 hours at a very low temperature; then the juice is separated from peels and left in fermentation, inside steel tanks for 15 days.
Color: shining yellow with light green highlights.
Fragrance: fruity, with light hints of tropical fruit
Taste: Fruity, fresh, balanced, with tropical notes at the end.
Ideal with raw fish, and main dishes with fish and vegetables
