In fase di degustazione, Bramante rivela infatti tutte le caratteristiche organolettiche tipicamente associate ai vini a base di Sangiovese: all'olfatto trionfano le note floreali di violetta, accompagnate da succose note fruttate di fragola, ribes e lampone, mentre al palato si fa apprezzare per la sua freschezza e i tannini piacevolmente netti.
