The hints of yellow peach and apricot are accompanied to the nose by herbaceous and floral notes, finishing with a sweet spicy suggestion reminiscent of ginger and white pepper. On the palate it is offering sensations of exotic fruit and citrus; the moderate alcohol content, with the help of an agreeable sugar residue, makes it possible to obtain a wine that is generally soft and structured, with a delicately delicious effervescence. I sentori di pesca gialla e albicocca si accompagnano al naso a note erbacee e floreali, con un dolce accenno speziato in chiusura che richiama lo zenzero e il pepe bianco. Al palato offre sensazioni di frutta esotica e agrumi maturi; il discreto tenore alcolico, con l’auto di un conveniente residuo zuccherino, permette di ottenere un vino complessivamente morbido e e strutturato, dall’effervescenza delicata.
