This white wine Fiano "Cardogneto" comes from the wine native Fiano dating back to ancient times, insomuch that it is said that it was imported by the Roman Empire on the peninsula from the ancient lands of the peoples Phoenicians. It was said Apianum because of its sweet grapes they were greedy bees.

winemaking:
Manual harvesting in small boxes at the bottom closed ventilated side. Traditional vinification in  steell barrels with natural fermentation without any kind of additives or added. The sulfur reduced to a minimum, disappears almost entirely after decanting and filtration.
Ageing in steel barrels  for at least 8 months in  wine cellar and further aging in bottle.
