The first wine of Corte De Pieri. A project out of the box. The Rovesciata is a sparkling white IGT obtained with the ancestral method, exclusively from our Glera grapes, in seven thousand bottles for amateurs. 

The Rovesciata is the result of a complex work of selection of our grapes. The yeasts present in wine allow it to grow and evolve generating complexity and structure. A natural process that takes into account the influence of the moon. Time is the main ingredient. Staying over 18 months gives complexity and longevity. There is no filtration or clarification. Its bubble is elegant, thin and not aggressive. It lends itself to a multiplicity of combinations, never being banal nor cloying, but persistent and pleasant. Capable of extraordinary freshness and drinkability makes the Rovesciata a friend with whom to share good moments in company.
