Da selezione di uve Negroamaro, la lunga macerazione in vinificazione consente l’estrazione di colore, profumi e struttura. Il risultato ottenuto fa di PATRIMONIO un vino di grande personalità e carattere. Colore rosso porpora intenso, al naso profumi di confettura di frutta rossa, gusto pieno, complesso ed avvolgente di lunga persistenza. Carni rosse alla brace, formaggi a pasta dura dal gusto deciso. Si consiglia di servire a 18-20°C.

The wine obtained from a selection of the finest Negroamaro grapes. The long maceration during the fermentation stage enables the extraction of its color, aromas, and structure. Soft grapes pressing, long maceration (about 10 days), slow fermentation. Ruby red color, a bouquet of red fruit jam, full-bodied, complex, and intriguing with long persistence. Roasted red meats, game, hard and ripe cheeses.
