L’Azienda Torti, a conduzione familiare, è situata a Montecalvo Versiggia in una posizione ottimale ed un clima mite a 300m s.l.m. nel cuore dell’Oltrepò Pavese e produce con amore e tradizione Vini & Spumanti di Qualità per offrirti momenti indimenticabili.
Sin dal principio del secolo scorso la famiglia Torti possiede vigneti posti in collina dove la viticultura è particolarmente vocata e favorita per la produzione di vini, in particolare Pinot Nero coltivato sulla collina “Borgogna”.
Oggi la coltivazione dei vigneti è affidata alle “sapienti mani ” di Dino; nel rispetto delle tradizioni della coltivazione della vite e del terrorir nel rispetto della natura ed del suo naturale ciclo biologico;
Giusy, Patry e Laura danno un tocco di femminilità alla produzione, al packaging e ad ogni dettaglio, rivolgendo particolare attenzione al terroir, ai vigneti ed alla raccolta delle uve fatta interamente a mano per la produzione di Vini e Spumanti Doc, Metodo Classico e “Cruasé” Spumante Metodo Classico Docg Rosé " Edizione Limitata" .
Vini come il Barbera, la Bonarda, il Pinot Nero vinificato in Bianco ed il Pinot Nero hanno ricevuto menzioni e riconoscimenti e si confermano prodotti importanti nell’enologia italiana ed internazionale.
Lo Spumante Casaleggio Metodo Martinotti (meglio conosciuto come metodo Charmat), è ottenuto da uve Pinot Nero coltivate sulla collina denominata “Casaleggio”.
“Gioiello” dell’Azienda è il Pinot Nero che nasce da un appezzamento denominato “Borgogna”.
Dal 2007 collaboriamo con il prestigioso colosso giapponese "Sanrio" di cui siamo Licenziatari per la produzione dei Vini e Spumanti "Hello Kitty": questa per noi è una grandissima soddisfazione e prestigio !
I nostri vini sono serviti sulle prestigiose Navi da crociera MSC e nell’esclusivo “ Burj Khalifa Armani Hotel ” in Dubai.

The Torti Family run “Torti Winery” since 1910, is situated in Montecalvo Versiggia in an optimal position and a mild, favourable climate at 300m a.s.l. in the heart of the Oltrepò Pavese, with loving care they produce wines and sparkling wines so as to offer you some unforgettable moments.
The Torti Family has the fortune to have owned and managed particularly vocated vines since the beginning of the century, excellent areas which are especially favoured for the production of Pinot Nero, Bonarda and Barbera.
Today’s production continues to be entrusted to the knowledgeable, experienced hands of Dino and his family who, dedicate pure passion and careful attention for the production of Doc Wines and Sparkling Wines and the new “Cruasé” Sparkling Docg Rosé Limited Edition.
All the grapes are entirely harvested by hand, we have a special attention to the details that are our priority.
Wines such as Barbera, Pinot Nero Vinified in white and Pinot Nero aged in Barriques, have received many awards, which confirm the international importance of their products amongst Italian oenology.
The Torti Spumante Martinotti method (more widely recognized as the Charmat method) are produced with Pinot Nero grapes cultivated on the Casaleggio hills.
The most precious product of the Winery is Pinot Nero, which comes from vines planted in the "Borgogna" hill, the name of it was given from french colony established in the area.
Since 2007 We have the honour to produce & distribute in the world the “Hello Kitty Wines & Sparkling Wines” by Sanrio License
It is also possible to toast with wines on board of Gulf Air on First & Business Class and Lounges, in the charming “ Burj Khalifa Armani Hotel ” in Dubai , in New York, London, Los Angeles, Milano etc.

Our Pinot Noir has a high percentage of "Resveratrol", this phenol is an "aromatic compound" contained in the grape skin its effect is very important and acts as an "anti-radical, antioxidant, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory".
A glass of our Pinot Noir will complete the combination with your food accurately chosen for your lunch, for your dinner, for a relaxing aperitif.
