Description

The Wild Piglet is our young Chianti wine, made with 100% Sangiovese grapes. The process of fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the wine is also stored afterwards. This Chianti is suitable for everyday drinking. Its aroma is reminiscent of red fruits and berries: cherry and redcurrant. It is easily drinkable, with well-balanced acidity and tannins. This red wine can be served at 16°C also. The Wild Piglet can be easily paired with cheese, soups, and grilled meat. It is a real everyday wine.
