From the selection of the best Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, our best wine was born: the Badger. Its grapes ferment and macerate for about a month, then the wine ages for 24 months in new oak barrels. Afterwards, this wine ages further for at least 36 months in bottles.
