From the selection of the best Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, our best wine was born: the Badger. Its grapes ferment and macerate for about a month, then the wine ages for 24 months in new oak barrels. Afterwards, this wine ages further for at least 36 months in bottles. Deep ruby colour, the Badger has mature and complex aromas on the nose: warm and enveloping, it has a scent of ripe sour cherry and plums, dried red flowers, and sweet Oriental spices.
