Description

This wine is a D.O.C. wine with a straw colour with greenish highlights.
It has a delicate and a floral bouquet with a hint of yellow fruits, which bind into a more developed light mineral tone. Its aroma is enchanced thanks to the fact that the harvest comes slightly later.
On the palate, it’s elegant and well-balanced.
It’s perfect as aperitif; excellent with refined fish and shellfish dishes.
Best served at a temperature of 10-12°C.
