Colore rosso rubino brillante tendente al granata con l’invecchiamento, profumo delicato con sentori di viola e liquirizia. Sapore asciutto e vellutato con leggero retrogusto di vaniglia.
Diraspatura, pigiatura e macerazione con le bucce per circa 30 giorni senza temperatura controllata a cappello sommerso.  Dopo finisce in barriques di secondo passaggio di rovere francese per un periodo di 12 mesi circa. Viene imbottigliato senza essere filtrato, dove rimane per 12 mesi. Può presentare deposito.
Brilliant ruby red color tending to garnet with aging, delicate perfume with hints of violet and licorice. Dry and velvety flavor with a light aftertaste of vanilla.
Destemming, crushing and maceration with the skins for about 30 days without controlled temperature with submerged cap. Afterwards it is finished in second passage French oak barriques for a period of about 12 months. It is bottled without being filtered, where it remains for 12 months. it's possible a deposit.
