It is a structured wine featured by yellow paste fruits, herbs and acacia flowers perfumes. Made with 100% Garganega grapes harvested by hand in mid-September, has a full-bodied and persistent taste.
After a short maceration on the skins for 12 hours at controlled temperature, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in not-tosted oak tonneaux under controlled conditions. The colour is pale yellow with gold reflections.
Pairings: perfect if matched to intense taste courses as sardine bigoli (hand made spaghetti with sardines).
It goes well with vegetable based courses as eggplant parmigiana or stewed peppers.
