TYPE:  young organic white wine 
VARIETIES: 100% White Grenache 
CHARACTERISTICS: young and middle-
aged vineyards. Fermented in stainless 
steel tanks for 15 days at 14-16ºC. 
CAPACITY: 75 cl. 

TASTE NOTES:
Colour: straw yellow, clean and bright.
Aroma: citrus and fruity.  Grapefruit, 
white fruit as pear and apple.
Palate: Balanced and fresh, with good 
acidity.

FOOD PAIRING:  salad, appetites, 
rice, fish and seafood etc.

TASTING TEMPERATURE:  Ideal to 
serve at 8-10 ºC.
