TYPE: young organic red wine
VARIETIES: 85% Tempranillo - 15% Red Grenache.
CHARACTERISTICS: young and middle-aged vineyards. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 7 days at 20-22ºC followed by maceration of about 15 days.
CAPACITY: 75 cl.
Colour: red-violet, clean and bright.
Aroma: black and red fruit, blackberries.
Palate: fresh and pleasant. Fruity in the mouth enhancing the nose. Liquorice notes, good acidity.
FOOD PAIRING: pasta, pizza, white meats, cheese etc.
TASTING TEMPERATURE: Ideal to serve at 16-18 ºC.
