Wine is a bland, that is, each grape is vinified individually and after the various vinifications the masses are suitably combined, subsequently it is stored on its own yeasts for about 4 months, and marketed after about 3 months of aging in the bottle.
Notes of white flowers and ripe fruit are highlighted.
The union of several grape varieties enhances the taste and aroma of the individual varietal hints. The result is a straw yellow colored wine, unique in its olfactory complexity.
In the mouth it is very savory, with good structure and excellent drinkability with a fresh and pleasant acidity.
