Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC
Description
The grapes used to produce this wine are grown with pergola and guyot, with a production of about 3.5 kg per plant. The land is of the morainic type located south of Lake Garda.
The harvest is done by hand, depending on the ripeness of the different varieties.
The aging foresees at least 12 months in contact with the yeasts, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and a part in large wooden barrels.
The union of several grape varieties enhances the taste and aroma of the individual varietal hints. The result is a Mediterranean wine, straw yellow in color, complex on the nose, where fruity, floral and balsamic aromas stand out supported by warm notes of toasted barley due to the wood. In the mouth it is very savory, with a good structure and excellent persistence.
