Garnet red to ruby red in color. The fragrance is reminiscent of the grape variety most present in the current vintage from wild berries to black currants. Il Second is Amistar´s second selection of grapes in wooden barrels.

Soil: Porphyry, clay, lime, sand
The grapes are crushed and then fermented in stainless steel together with the entire mash at between 20-30 degrees Celsius. The ageing is done in wooden barrels on the fine yeast.
Aging potential: 5-10 years
