Description

The most classic and immediate version of Dolcetto, it a dry red wine produced with our youngest vineyards and it is our lightest and simplest wine.  
The Langhe Dolcetto is aged in stainless steel tanks for about 6 months with short maceration on the skins to maintain freshness and pleasantness.
The color is a lively ruby red. The nose is slightly vinous, with marked hints of fresh red fruits. On the palate it confirms itself a lively, easy to drink wine.
In combination with appetizers , light first courses, white meat.
