For us the cultivation of Nebbiolo is limited to particular areas and exposures: they must be sheltered from cold winds.
We planted these lands with Nebbiolo from which we obtain a delicate wine with flavour of flowers and spices and a nice garnet hue.
It is also rich in mouth with a not too agressive tannin. We refine it in traditional wood barrels of 25 Hl and we bottle it during the Summer, two years after the harvest.
It pairs well with stuffed pasta and main meat courses.
