Description
Intense red colour, with purple rim and medium depth. Aromas of fresh red fruits, with hints of spices and reminiscent of bakery. Soft mouthfeel, notes of juicy red fruit, a good structure and a long tannin finish with balanced and pleasant acidity.

VARIETY	
85% Monastrell – 10% Cabernet Suavignon – 10% Garnacha Tintorera

YIELD	
20 hl/ha of Monastrell and Garnacha Tintorera, 40 hl / ha of Cabernet Sauvignon.

AGE OF VINEYARDS	
Monastrell and Garnacha Tintorera, over 20 years old. Cabernet Sauvignon, more than 10 years old.

SOIL	
Stony, poor in organic matter. Limestone subsoil with areas of clay in the valley floor.

ALTITUDE	
650 m.
